Nước chấm, a popular dipping sauce made with nước, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chili, and garlic, is often served with spring rolls, grilled meats, and salads. Nước mắm, another sauce made with nước and fermented fish sauce, is a key ingredient in many traditional Vietnamese dishes.
