So, what is paprika en?
Paprika is a vibrant red spice derived from ground sweet peppers. Paprika en, also known as Spanish paprika, is a variety of paprika with a smoky, earthy flavor. It is made from peppers that are dried over oak fires, which imparts a distinct smokiness to the spice. Paprika en comes in three varieties: dulce (sweet), agridulce (semi-sweet), and picante (hot). It is a popular ingredient in Spanish cuisine, used in dishes such as chorizo sausage, paella, and patatas bravas. Paprika en is also a great addition to marinades, rubs, and sauces, adding a rich depth of flavor to any dish.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
