So, what is raïm?
Raïm is a delicious and versatile ingredient commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine. Also known as "raisins", raïm are dried grapes that come in a variety of sizes and colors, including green, yellow, and purple. They are rich in nutrients, such as fiber, vitamins, and minerals, and are a popular snack food due to their sweet taste and chewy texture. Raïm can be used in a wide range of dishes, from sweet baked goods like raisin bread and cookies, to savory stews and salads. Additionally, they are often mixed with nuts and other dried fruits to create a healthy and delicious trail mix.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
