So, what is reduced-fat milk?
Reduced-fat milk is a dairy product that is made by removing some of the cream from whole milk, resulting in a lower fat content. This milk typically has a fat content of 2% or less, making it a healthier alternative to whole milk while still maintaining its nutritional value. It contains essential nutrients such as calcium, protein, and vitamins A and D. Reduced-fat milk can be used in a variety of recipes, including baking and cooking, and can be enjoyed on its own or added to coffee or tea for a creamy taste without the added calories.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
