So, what is rismjöl?
Rismjöl, also known as rice flour, is a gluten-free ingredient that is made by finely grinding rice grains. With its fine, silky texture and mild, slightly sweet taste, rismjöl is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a wide range of dishes. It is commonly used in gluten-free baking as a substitute for wheat flour, as well as in Asian cuisine for making noodles, dumplings, and desserts. Rismjöl is high in carbohydrates and low in fat, making it a healthy alternative to regular wheat flour. Additionally, it is a good source of B vitamins and minerals such as iron and calcium.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
