So, what is rizsliszt?
Rizsliszt, also known as rice flour, is a versatile ingredient made from finely milled rice grains. It has a silky, powdery texture that makes it perfect for a wide range of culinary applications. Rizsliszt is naturally gluten-free and has a mild, slightly sweet flavor that won't overpower other ingredients. It is commonly used in Asian cuisine for making noodles, dumplings, and desserts, but can also be used in gluten-free baking as a substitute for wheat flour. Its unique properties also make it a popular choice for thickening sauces and soups, and for coating foods before frying.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
