So, what is sesampasta?

Sesame paste, commonly known as sesampasta, is a rich, nutty, and creamy ingredient used in many cuisines around the world. Made from roasted sesame seeds that are ground into a smooth paste, sesampasta has a texture similar to peanut butter and a deep, earthy flavor that can range from mildly sweet to slightly bitter. It's a versatile ingredient that can be used as a dip, a spread, a sauce, or a seasoning, and it's often added to dishes such as hummus, baba ghanoush, tahini sauce, and stir-fries. Sesampasta is also a good source of healthy fats, protein, and fiber, making it a nutritious addition to any diet.
