So, what is siarczan wapnia?

Siarczan wapnia, also known as calcium sulfate, is a food-grade mineral salt that is commonly used as a food additive and firming agent. It is derived from gypsum rock and is widely used in the food industry to improve the texture and shelf life of many food products. Siarczan wapnia is particularly useful for making tofu, as it helps coagulate the soy milk into solid curds. Additionally, it can be added to processed cheese, baked goods, and other dairy products to prevent them from spoiling or deteriorating quickly. Despite being an inorganic compound, siarczan wapnia is considered safe for human consumption and has no known adverse health effects when used in moderation.
