So, what is sirop de oligofructose?
Sirop de oligofructose, also known as oligofructose syrup, is a natural sweetener and prebiotic ingredient commonly used in food production. It is made from the natural fermentation of chicory root and consists of short chains of fructose molecules. This ingredient is an excellent substitute for traditional sugar.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
