So, what is sojaolie?
Sojaolie, also known as soybean oil, is a versatile and widely used cooking oil extracted from the seeds of soybeans. It has a mild, nutty flavor and a light texture that makes it an ideal ingredient for a variety of dishes, ranging from stir-fries and sautés to salad dressings and baked goods. Sojaolie is a good source of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, as well as vitamin E, making it a healthy choice for cooking and baking. With its high smoke point, sojaolie can withstand high heat and is a popular oil for deep-frying.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
