So, what is uht cream?

UHT cream, also known as long-life cream, is a type of dairy cream that has been treated with ultra-high temperature (UHT) to extend its shelf life. The UHT process involves heating the cream to a temperature of around 280°F for a few seconds, which kills any bacteria and other microorganisms present in the cream. UHT cream has a longer shelf life than regular dairy cream and does not require refrigeration until opened. It is commonly used in the food industry for making sauces, soups, desserts, and other dairy-based products. UHT cream has a rich and creamy texture, and can be used in both sweet and savory dishes.
