So, what is uht skimmed milk?

UHT skimmed milk is a low-fat dairy product that has undergone ultra-high-temperature treatment to increase its shelf life. This process involves heating the milk to around 135°C for a few seconds, killing all the bacteria and microorganisms present in it. The resulting milk is then rapidly cooled and packaged in an aseptic container, ensuring that no contamination occurs during packaging. UHT skimmed milk has a longer shelf life than traditional pasteurized milk and is popular among health-conscious individuals due to its low-fat content. It is a versatile ingredient used in various recipes, including smoothies, sauces, and baked goods.
