So, what is vitamin b factor?
Vitamin B factor is a group of eight water-soluble vitamins that play a crucial role in maintaining good health and wellbeing. These vitamins are essential for energy metabolism, brain function, and healthy skin, hair, and nails. The eight B vitamins include thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folate (B9), and cobalamin (B12). Vitamin B factor is commonly found in foods such as whole grains, leafy green vegetables, dairy products, meat, and fish. A deficiency of these vitamins can cause a range of health problems, including fatigue, weakness, and anemia.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
