So, what is y mostaza?
Y mostaza is a Spanish term that refers to mustard, a condiment that has been widely used across different cuisines for centuries. Mustard seeds are small, round, and come in different colors - black, brown, and yellow. The seeds are ground into a paste and combined with vinegar, water, and other spices to create the tangy and pungent flavor of mustard. This versatile ingredient can be used as a spread on sandwiches, a dip for pretzels or vegetables, or as a seasoning in sauces and dressings. Mustard also has several health benefits, including aiding digestion and boosting metabolism.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
