So, what is chipotles?
Chipotles are a type of smoked jalapeño pepper that is commonly used in Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine. These peppers are known for their smoky, sweet, and slightly spicy flavor that can add depth and complexity to a wide range of dishes. They are typically sold dried or canned in adobo sauce, which adds a tangy and slightly sweet flavor to the chipotles. Chipotles can be used in everything from marinades and rubs to sauces and soups, and can also be added to salsas, guacamole, and other dips to give them a smoky kick.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
