So, what is concentré& tomates?
Concentré de tomates, or tomato paste, is a thick and concentrated form of tomato puree made by cooking ripe tomatoes for several hours until most of the water content is evaporated. It has a rich and intense flavor that can add depth and complexity to a wide variety of dishes. Tomato paste is a versatile ingredient used in many cuisines, from Italian and Mediterranean to Indian and Middle Eastern. It is commonly used as a base for sauces, soups, stews, and casseroles. In addition to its culinary uses, tomato paste is also a good source of vitamins A and C, as well as antioxidants.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
