So, what is des olives?
Des olives, or olives in English, are small, oval-shaped fruits that are commonly found in the Mediterranean region. They have a unique flavor that is both tangy and slightly bitter, making them a popular ingredient in many cuisines around the world. Olives are typically harvested when they are still green and unripe, but they can also be left to ripen on the tree until they turn black. They can be served whole or chopped, and are often used in salads, sandwiches, and as a topping on pizzas. Olives are also a great source of healthy monounsaturated fats and antioxidants.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
