So, what is enzyme coagulantes?
Enzyme coagulants are natural proteins that help coagulate or solidify liquid substances such as milk, soy milk, and juices. These enzymes are commonly used in the food industry to create cheese, yogurt, and other dairy-based products. Unlike traditional coagulants, enzyme coagulants are known for their ability to produce a more consistent and desirable texture in the final product. They are also preferred by many consumers as they are derived from natural sources and are considered to be a healthier alternative to synthetic coagulants.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
