So, what is litchis?
Litchis, also known as lychees, are small, round, and juicy fruits that grow on trees in tropical regions. With a tough, bumpy exterior, litchis are peeled to reveal a translucent, white flesh that is sweet and floral in flavor. These delicate fruits are a great source of vitamin C and antioxidants, and are commonly used in fruit salads, desserts, and drinks. In Chinese culture, litchis are a symbol of romance and good luck, and are often given as gifts during the Lunar New Year or other special occasions.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
