So, what is lupines?
Lupines are a type of legume that have been cultivated for centuries in Mediterranean countries and Latin America. These seeds come in various colors, including yellow, white, blue, and purple. Lupines are a great source of protein, dietary fiber, and vitamins and minerals, making them an excellent addition to any diet. Additionally, they are low in fat and gluten-free, making them an ideal ingredient for those with dietary restrictions. Lupines can be used in a variety of dishes, including salads, stews, and soups, or ground into flour for use in baking.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
