So, what is -myrtilles?
Myrtilles, also known as blueberries, are a small, round fruit that range in color from deep purple to blue-black. They boast a sweet and tangy flavor with a slight acidity, making them a popular ingredient in both sweet and savory dishes. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins C and K, which may help reduce inflammation, improve heart health, and support cognitive function. Commonly used in muffins and pancakes, myrtilles can also be added to salads, smoothies, and sauces for a fresh burst of flavor and nutrition.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
