So, what is plantas aromåticas?
Plantas aromáticas, also known as aromatic herbs, are a group of plants that are commonly used to add flavor and aroma to various dishes. These herbs are typically used in small quantities due to their potent flavors, and are often added towards the end of cooking or used as a garnish. Examples of popular aromatic herbs include rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano, and sage, among others. Not only do these herbs add depth of flavor and aroma to dishes, but they also have various health benefits due to their natural compounds, including antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
