So, what is riboflavines?
Ribo-flavines, also known as vitamin B2, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy body. It is an essential nutrient that helps convert carbohydrates into energy, and it also aids in the production of red blood cells and the maintenance of healthy skin, eyes, and nervous system. Ribo-flavines can be found in a variety of foods such as dairy products, meat, eggs, and leafy green vegetables. It is also commonly used as a food additive to enhance the color of foods and beverages. A deficiency of ribo-flavines can lead to a range of health issues, including anemia, dermatitis, and even cataracts.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
