So, what is uvas?
Uvas, also known as grapes, are a small, round fruit that grows in clusters on vines. With their sweet and juicy flesh, uvas can range in color from green, to red, to purple, depending on the variety. They are widely cultivated around the world for their use in wine-making, as well as for fresh consumption and cooking. In addition to their delicious taste, uvas are also a good source of vitamins C and K, and antioxidants. Whether you're snacking on them fresh, roasting them in the oven, or adding them to a salad, uvas are a versatile and nutritious ingredient to have in your kitchen.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
