So, what is vegetable fibres?
Vegetable fibers are a type of dietary fiber derived from plant sources, such as fruits, vegetables, and legumes. They are an essential part of a healthy diet and play a crucial role in maintaining digestive health, regulating blood sugar levels, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases. Vegetable fibers are also low in calories and high in nutrient density, making them an excellent choice for weight management. They can be found in a variety of forms, including whole foods, supplements, and powders, and can easily be incorporated into recipes to boost their fiber content.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
