So, what is acide pantothénique a?
Acide pantothénique A, also known as vitamin B5, is an essential water-soluble vitamin that plays a vital role in several physiological processes in the human body. It is necessary for the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, and is involved in the production of energy from food. Acide pantothénique A also plays a crucial role in the production of red blood cells, hormone synthesis, and maintenance of healthy skin, hair, and eyes. It is commonly found in foods such as meat, fish, eggs, and whole grains, and can also be taken as a dietary supplement. Deficiency of acide pantothénique A can lead to fatigue, muscle cramps, and other health problems.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
