So, what is arôme naturel d origan?
Arôme naturel d'origan is a natural flavoring ingredient derived from the aromatic herb Origanum vulgare, which is commonly used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. The oil extracted from the leaves of the plant is concentrated and distilled to produce this flavoring. It has a strong, pungent, and slightly bitter taste with a warm and slightly sweet aroma. Arôme naturel d'origan is often used to add depth and complexity to tomato-based dishes, grilled meats, and vegetables. It is a popular ingredient in Italian and Greek cuisine and is also used in various spice blends, such as za'atar.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
