So, what is avocadoöl?
Avocadoöl, also known as avocado oil, is a versatile and nutrient-rich ingredient derived from the pulp of ripe avocados. The oil has a rich, buttery flavor with a mild aroma that makes it perfect for cooking, baking, and salad dressings. It is high in monounsaturated fats, which are believed to have numerous health benefits, including reducing bad cholesterol levels and improving heart health. Avocadoöl is also rich in vitamins E and K, making it great for skin and hair care products. Its high smoke point makes it ideal for frying and sautéing without compromising its nutritional value.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
