So, what is blé -'?
Blé is the French word for wheat, a highly nutritious and versatile cereal grain that has been a staple food for thousands of years. Wheat is used in a wide range of foods, including bread, pasta, cereals, crackers, and pastries, and is a key source of carbohydrates, protein, and fiber in many people's diets. The "-" after "blé" indicates that the wheat has been processed in some way, possibly milled into flour or rolled into flakes for use in baking or cooking. With its rich, nutty flavor and satisfying texture, blé is a delicious and wholesome ingredient that can add depth and complexity to any dish.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
