So, what is blé germé?

Blé germé, also known as sprouted wheat, is a nutrient-dense food ingredient that has gained popularity in recent years due to its numerous health benefits. To create blé germé, wheat grains are soaked in water until they begin to sprout, at which point they are dried and milled into a fine flour. This process enhances the nutritional value of the wheat by increasing its fiber content, reducing gluten levels, and boosting its antioxidant and vitamin content. Blé germé is an excellent ingredient to use in baking, providing a slightly nutty flavor and a light, fluffy texture to breads, muffins, and other baked goods.
