So, what is cafe moulu?
Café moulu, also known as ground coffee, is a finely crushed coffee bean powder that is commonly used to brew coffee. This popular ingredient is produced by grinding coffee beans in a grinder until they are fine enough to dissolve in hot water. The aroma and flavor of café moulu can vary widely, depending on the type of coffee bean used and the method of roasting. Some varieties of café moulu are light and fruity, while others are rich and earthy. Regardless of the variety, café moulu is a staple ingredient in many coffee-based drinks, and is enjoyed by coffee lovers around the world.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
