So, what is choux chinois?
Choux chinois, also known as Chinese cabbage, is a leafy vegetable that is widely used in Asian cuisine. Its leaves are long and wide, with a crisp and refreshing texture that makes it a popular ingredient in salads and stir-fries. Choux chinois has a mild flavor that is slightly sweet and nutty, which makes it a versatile ingredient that can be paired with a wide variety of other flavors. In addition to its culinary uses, choux chinois is also rich in nutrients, such as vitamins A and C, calcium, and potassium, making it a healthy addition to any diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
