So, what is choux-verts?
Choux-verts, also known as savoy cabbage, is a leafy green vegetable that is popular in European cuisine. Its tightly crinkled leaves give it a unique texture and appearance compared to other types of cabbage. Choux-verts is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of dishes, including salads, soups, stews, and stir-fries. It is also a good source of vitamins C and K, as well as fiber and antioxidants. When cooked, choux-verts has a mild, sweet flavor that pairs well with a range of other ingredients.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
