So, what is choux-fleur?
Choux-fleur, also known as cauliflower, is a versatile and nutritious vegetable that belongs to the Brassica family. It is characterized by its tightly packed clusters of tiny flower buds, which give it a unique appearance and a mild, nutty flavor. Cauliflower is a good source of vitamins C and K, fiber, and antioxidants, making it an excellent addition to any healthy diet. It can be roasted, grilled, steamed, or mashed, and is commonly used as a low-carb alternative to rice, potatoes, and pasta. Its mild flavor also makes it a great base for creamy soups and dips.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
