So, what is cloudberry?
Cloudberry is a unique and rare fruit that grows in the colder regions of the Northern Hemisphere, particularly in the Arctic and sub-Arctic regions. The fruit is about the size of a raspberry, with a yellow-orange color and a tart yet sweet flavor, making it a delicacy in many Scandinavian and Nordic countries. Cloudberry is a great source of vitamin C and antioxidants, and its leaves have been used in traditional medicine for centuries. Because of its rarity, cloudberry is often considered a luxury ingredient in gourmet cuisine and can be found in jams, desserts, and even liqueurs.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
