So, what is concombre?
Concombre is a versatile vegetable that is often referred to as cucumber in English. This cylindrical-shaped fruit has a dark green skin and a juicy, crunchy flesh that is perfect for salads, sandwiches, and pickling. With a mild, refreshing flavor and a high water content, concombre is an excellent ingredient for hydrating and cleansing the body. It is also a good source of vitamins C and K, as well as potassium and dietary fiber. Whether sliced, diced, or spiralized, concombre adds a crisp and cool element to any dish.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
