So, what is cows' milk?
Cows' milk is a nutrient-rich dairy product that's obtained from lactating cows. It's a natural source of calcium, protein, and other essential vitamins and minerals, making it an integral part of a balanced diet. This creamy white liquid has a mild, slightly sweet taste and can be consumed raw or processed into various dairy products like cheese, butter, and yogurt. Although it's a staple food in many cultures, some people may be intolerant to lactose, a sugar found in milk, and may prefer alternative sources such as soy, almond, or oat milk.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
