Is cudrang vegan?

Cudrang, also known as cudrang fruit or ivy gourd, is a tropical vegetable that is native to Southeast Asia and parts of Africa. Its small, oblong-shaped fruit ranges in color from green to yellow-orange and has a slightly bitter, tangy taste. Cudrang is a good source of vitamins B and C, iron, and calcium, and is believed to have medicinal properties such as aiding in digestion and regulating blood sugar levels. It can be eaten raw or cooked, and is commonly used in Southeast Asian cuisine as a vegetable or pickle ingredient.
