So, what is d'arôme naturel?
"D'arôme naturel" is a French term that translates to "natural flavor." This ingredient is often used in the food industry to enhance the taste of various products, such as baked goods, beverages, and snacks. Natural flavors are derived from plant or animal sources and are intended to provide a more authentic and complex taste experience than artificial flavors. They can be made from a variety of sources, including fruits, herbs, spices, and even animal products like beef or chicken. Natural flavors are generally considered to be a healthier and more sustainable alternative to artificial flavors, as they contain fewer chemicals and are often produced using more environmentally friendly methods.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
