So, what is feves de soya?
Fèves de soya, also known as soybeans, are a versatile and nutritious food ingredient commonly used in various cuisines worldwide. These small, oval-shaped legumes are a rich source of protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, making them an excellent addition to a healthy diet. Soybeans have a subtle nutty flavor that blends well with other ingredients, making them ideal for use in stir-fries, soups, stews, salads, and more. They can also be ground into flour or processed into soy milk, tofu, tempeh, and other soy-based products. Fèves de soya are a staple food in many cultures and are a great plant-based alternative to meat.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
