So, what is fruktose-sirup?

Fructose syrup is a sweetener derived from corn syrup that is sweeter than regular sugar. It is made by breaking down cornstarch into glucose and then converting some of that glucose into fructose through an enzymatic process. The resulting syrup is a thick, clear liquid with a high concentration of fructose. It is commonly used in processed foods and beverages as a substitute for sugar due to its sweetness and ability to enhance flavor. Fructose syrup is also used in the production of baked goods, jams, and jellies. However, its high fructose content has raised concerns about its impact on health, particularly when consumed in large amounts.
