So, what is hühner?
Hühner is a German word that translates to "chickens" in English. Hühner are often raised for their meat and eggs and are a staple ingredient in many traditional dishes, including schnitzel and chicken soup. They are typically leaner than other types of poultry and have a mild but distinct flavor that pairs well with a variety of seasonings and spices. Hühner can be cooked in a variety of ways, including roasting, grilling, and frying. They are an excellent source of protein and essential nutrients like B vitamins, selenium, and phosphorus, making them a nutritious addition to any diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
