So, what is huile de coco non hydrogénée?
Huile de coco non hydrogénée is a natural and unprocessed oil derived from the flesh of mature coconuts. Unlike hydrogenated coconut oil, which undergoes chemical processing to increase its shelf life and stability, non-hydrogenated coconut oil maintains its natural health benefits. It is rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which can provide a quick source of energy for the body and support cognitive function. Non-hydrogenated coconut oil also contains lauric acid, which has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It is a versatile ingredient that can be used in cooking, baking, and skincare.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
