So, what is инозинат натрия?
Inozinat natriya, also known as sodium inosinate, is a food ingredient commonly used as a flavor enhancer in processed foods. It is derived from inosinic acid, which is naturally found in meat and fish. Inozinat natriya has a savory and meaty taste and works synergistically with other flavor enhancers like monosodium glutamate (MSG). It is often used in combination with MSG to reduce the amount of MSG needed while maintaining the desired taste. Inozinat natriya is generally considered safe for consumption but may cause allergic reactions in some people.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
