So, what is joghurtkulturen?

Joghurtkulturen, also known as yogurt cultures, are live microorganisms used to ferment milk and create yogurt. These cultures consist of various strains of bacteria, such as Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus, that work together to break down the lactose in milk and produce lactic acid. This process gives yogurt its tangy taste and thick, creamy texture. Joghurtkulturen are commonly used in homemade yogurt recipes, and are also used in commercial yogurt production to ensure consistency and quality. Consuming yogurt made with these cultures may have potential health benefits, such as improving digestion and supporting a healthy immune system.
