So, what is kefir grains microflora?
Kefir grains microflora is a complex mixture of beneficial bacteria and yeasts that form a symbiotic relationship to produce kefir, a fermented milk drink. These grains are not actually grains, but rather small, gelatinous clusters that resemble cauliflower. The microflora found in kefir grains includes strains of lactobacilli, streptococci, and yeasts, which work together to break down lactose and other sugars in milk and produce a tangy, effervescent drink that is rich in probiotics. Consuming kefir made with these microflora can help improve digestion, boost immunity, and support overall health and wellness.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
