Kräuterextrakte, also known as herbal extracts, are concentrated solutions of various plant materials that have been extracted using solvents such as water, alcohol, or oil. They are also valued for their potential health benefits, as many of the compounds found in kräuterextrakte have been shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
