So, what is kuldioxid?
Kuldioxid, also known as carbon dioxide, is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas that occurs naturally in the Earth's atmosphere. It is formed by the combustion of organic compounds and is an essential component of the Earth's carbon cycle. In the food industry, kuldioxid is used as a leavening agent in baked goods and as a carbonation agent in beverages. It is also used to extend the shelf life of certain foods by inhibiting the growth of spoilage-causing microorganisms. However, excessive consumption of kuldioxid can be harmful to human health, as it can cause respiratory problems and headaches.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
