So, what is l-leucin?
L-Leucine is an essential amino acid that plays a critical role in protein synthesis and muscle growth. It is one of the three branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and is commonly found in foods such as soybeans, peanuts, eggs, and chicken. L-Leucine is also used as a dietary supplement for athletes and bodybuilders to promote muscle recovery and growth. In addition to its muscle-building properties, L-Leucine is also involved in regulating blood sugar levels and supporting wound healing. Its ability to promote protein synthesis makes it an important ingredient in many sports supplements and protein powders.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
