So, what is la coco?
La coco, also known as coconut, is a tropical fruit that has become a popular ingredient in cuisine all over the world. The fruit is typically oval in shape and has a hard, fibrous outer shell that is brown in color. Inside, the fruit is lined with a white, fleshy meat that has a slightly sweet and nutty flavor. This versatile ingredient can be used in a variety of dishes, from savory curries to sweet desserts. It's also a great source of healthy fats, fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals, making it a nutritious addition to any diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
